*There is a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER due upon scheduling for ALL sessions! I cannot schedule a session until the retainer is paid. It is due within 5 days of scheduling. If I do not receive a retainer, your session becomes available to other clients. There is also a contract that needs to be signed & returned via email before the session

All clients will receive a style guide for help with outfits! Outfits can make or break a session; I want everyone to look their best while coordinating in a way that photographs beautifully!

I do not work on Sundays & only one Saturday per month. I will respond to emails, messages, texts during my office hours within 48 hrs. Please use the reserving a session page for scheduling!

*If you are running late to your session, YOU must let me know. If you are more than 30 MINUTES LATE its a re-schedule and you forfeit your retainer and must reschedule & PAY ANOTHER NON_REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT! Outdoor sessions, if you are 15 MIN LATE-its a re-schedule due to lighting.

BALANCE IS DUE DAY OF SESSION! I accept: credit cards, check or cash.

*You are investing in Courtney's time, skill, education in photography, props, editing post production and delivery of gallery in FULL resolution images.

*A signed contact is due at booking.

*I ALWAYS ask before, during & after our session if there are any specific poses you would like. If after the session is completed and sent, the request for additional poses would be invalid and you must book another session if you are wanting more poses/images. Thanks for understanding.

*PLEASE DOWNLOAD, SAVE +BACK-UP YOUR GALLERY (IMAGES) Your online gallery link is good for UP TO 30 days from the day it was delivered. I cannot re-send the gallery once it expires nor do I keep the original files after 30 days! **VERY IMPORTANT --I ONLY ALLOW MY IMAGES TO BE PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED! THERE IS A STORE ATTACHED TO YOUR GALLERY TO ORDER FROM; IF YOU WANT TO PRINT LOCALLY, I ALLOW PRINTS AT KOHNE'S (PRINT REFINERY) IN PERRYSBURG, OH. *I only recommend printing from your gallery store or Kohne's in Perrysburg, Ohio. I am NOT responsible for my images that are printed from a big box store, as they do not depict my work. I cannot guarantee prints from any places other than professional labs! Printing is VERY IMPORTANT to me. You are investing in a professional photographer to take beautiful images, you should invest in high quality prints. Printing from a big box store is WAY different than printing at a professional lab. The printing lab I work with offers tons of wall art, photo books & prints. They are the only company I trust with my prints. I offer any assistance you need if you're stuck. Printing is very easy from your gallery store. :)

*Studio sessions, I provide backdrops/props, a small collection of outfits & headbands. You may bring anything you want to use for your pictures if you wish. For cake smash sessions, I do not provide the cake; I recommend: 7 little cupcakes, Wixie or PM frosted fantasies, OR A FOOD your child likes!

*The images I present to my clients' are chosen by me. I choose the best of the best from your session. I do not deliver "un-edited" OR RAW images. If you wish to purchase additional digital images; The cost is $20 PER image.

*I am not responsible if children are not cooperating; I, of course make it my top priority to get children to laugh & smile :) I am very patient and silly during our sessions :)

*Please review my editing style. I stay TRUE to my style; Please do not ask me to edit an image that is not true to my style. If you are requesting additional edits or "beauty edits" please note that I charge $10 PER IMAGE. I do not allow my images to be edited or a filter put on them.

*It can take UP TO 30 DAYS to edit. If you wish to have your gallery sooner than the date I give you, please be advised, I charge $100 rush and processing fee. During busy times of the year, it can take me longer to deliver your gallery.

*I do travel! Please email me about traveling fees! courtleez@yahoo.com ** I DO NOT travel over 20 miles from 43537 for a mini session, only a full session.

*If you are late to your session, it does cut into the session timing. If we go over your session time; Please be aware that I charge $150 PER hour. If you are running late, please let me know.

*If you have to cancel your session, please give me at least a 24 hour notice. Your retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE but monies can be transferred to another session. (Re-schedules are subject to a $25 re-scheduling fee)
